Cancellation Policy — Flaky Bakery
To ensure the best service and the quality of our handcrafted products, we follow the cancellation policy below for all orders:
Deposit and Order Confirmation
All orders require a 50% deposit of the total amount for confirmation.
The remaining balance must be paid by the time of delivery or pickup.
Cancellations and Refund Policy
Cancellations made at least 10 days prior to the delivery date:
Full refund (100%) of the amount paid, except for personalized items such as cake toppers.
Cancellations made less than 10 days before the delivery date:
As the order will already be in production, the deposit will be retained and converted into store credit for future use.
The deposit is non-refundable in cash.
Personalized Items
Personalized items, such as cake toppers, name plaques, printed designs, and similar items, are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.
Date Changes
Date changes are subject to availability.
If the requested new date is not available, the cancellation policy above will apply.
